Hi, I’m Ivy.

I’m a licensed therapist who helps people make sense of their inner world, change old patterns, and navigate life with more steadiness and self-confidence.

I live my life practicing the same tools I’ve shared with clients for 16 years—learning to stop worrying about how I "should" live and just getting to doing it. When I’m not working, I’m usually out scouting a new neighborhood for a coffee and keeping an eye out for the best chocolate chip cookies, at the pottery wheel, or snuggling my two cats: Nyra and Runa. I’m big on seeking out new experiences that help slow down time. I also make it a point to prioritize my own relationships—because the loneliness epidemic is real and staying connected takes intention.

I thrive on helping you stop overthinking, ditch the guilt and anxiety so you can start living a life that is actually aligned with your values.
