A quick guide to what the first steps look like and what you can expect when beginning therapy.

FAQS

  • Within 48 hours, often sooner.

  • I work with high-functioning adults and creatives navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity questions, and life transitions. I aim to empower you to move through change with clarity and purpose. I also support couples, families, and teens who are ready to grow stronger together through change.

  • The consultation is a brief call where we talk about what you’re looking for, I share how I work, and we decide together if it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit.

  • Our first session is focused on getting to know you - what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you would like to be different. You can share at your own pace, and we’ll start shaping a plan for our work together.

  • No. Many people come in knowing only that they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unlike themselves. Part of our work is figuring out together what you need and where to focus.

  • Most clients start with weekly 50-minute sessions. As things shift, we may decide together to meet less frequently. The overall length of therapy depends on your goals—some people prefer shorter-term work, others stay longer for deeper support.

FAQS

  • My style is warm, emotionally intelligent, and grounded. I’m compassionate and nonjudgmental, but I’m also honest and engaged. I won’t just listen - I’ll help you make connections and support you in creating real change.
